Summary
Serve as the operational hub for the Global Data Center Team by coordinating projects, supporting global events and trade shows, and providing operational and administrative support that enables the team to execute efficiently. This role partners closely with the Global Data Center Team Lead and functional leaders to ensure projects remain on track, global activities are well coordinated, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do
Project Coordination
- Maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items.
- Monitoring project progress and following up on deliverables to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Coordinating project meetings, documentation, and status reporting.
- Maintaining visibility of active projects and organizational priorities.
Global Events Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for annual Global Data Center Team meetings, Training events, and global trade shows.
- Manage venues, travel, attendee communications, registrations, shipping, meeting materials, and event timelines.
- Coordinate with Marketing, regional teams, event organizers, and other external vendors to ensure successful execution.
Operations & Team Coordination
Support to the Global Data Center Team Lead:
- Calendar management and meeting scheduling.
- Review and coordination of expense reports.
- Preparation of meeting materials and organizational communications.
Support to the broader Global Data Center Team:
- Coordinate external vendors supporting marketing, illustrations, digital content, booth design, and other team initiatives.
- Support documentation, file organization, and team operating procedures.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, project management, communications, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, operational support, event coordination, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of business operations, administrative processes, scheduling practices, expense coordination, and vendor coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting cross-functional or global teams.
- Experience working with external vendors, marketing agencies, content providers, illustration vendors, event organizers, or logistics partners.
- Relevant professional certification in project management, operations, or event coordination, such as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational and logistics coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, meetings, vendors, travel, shipping, attendee communications, event materials, and competing priorities.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail, with the ability to drive action items to completion.
- Ability to proactively identify operational gaps, anticipate business needs, resolve issues, and drive timely alignment on risks, delays, and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders, regional teams, leadership, external vendors, and event partners.
- Ability to work effectively with regional and global colleagues across time zones and cultures.
- Customer-service mindset with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfort working independently while keeping team members informed and aligned.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $31 - $33 hourly with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
