Summary

The Planning Manager, Americas is a senior management role in the Belimo Americas Production Team. The role has responsibility to direct tactical execution of processes and procedures in the Planning & MDM Teams, to support and/or lead strategic projects on planning platforms, demand analytics, and change management within Belimo Americas.

What You'll Do

  • With Global Planning, lead execution and change management of new demand planning tools, moving concepts to execution within Belimo Americas.
  • With Global Demand Planning Lead and support projects and strategies around inventory optimization to include but not be limited to ITO, Inventory Reserves, Inventory Locations in the building and in the Americas.
  • With Global MDM Team, lead and support projects around Master Data Management and related SAP focused optimizations.
  • With Global Planning, Americas Sales, and Product Management, strategize and develop execution plans around analytics in demand side S&OP.
  • Responsibility for demand planning materials for all American plants.
  • Responsibility for the product life cycle management (PLM) of the Material Master, Bill of Material, Work Center, Routing and Standard Costing at plant level.
  • Responsibility for the Variant Configure in SAP/ECC.
  • Responsibility for continuous improvement on work instructions, departmental processes, and optimization

Who You Are

  • Change management and project leadership are critical to success.
  • Computer skills must haves SAP, Office, Analytics Tools, CRM, Demand Planning Platforms.
  • Must be a logical, analytical thinker, able to break down complex scenarios to executable instructions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in applicable business field.
  • Supervisory or managerial experience required.
  • Experience in demand planning groups with significant number of SKU’s and high volume in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a professional way.
  • Skilled in managing priorities, self-actuated, sense of urgency, detail oriented.
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $155,000 - $170,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 20% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
