Summary

The Manager, Operational Excellence, is a pivotal leader responsible for accelerating performance and driving continuous improvement across the organization. This role blends strategic planning, process optimization, systems advancement, and culture-building to elevate how the business operates. You will lead a high‑performing team of 6–8 professionals, including SAP and EWM systems experts as well as senior project managers. Together, this group will own major cross‑functional initiatives, deliver large‑scale process and system enhancements, and champion the organization’s long‑term operational excellence roadmap. The Manager, Operational Excellence reports directly to the Global Head of Operational Excellence with a dotted line to the Vice President, Logistics/ Customization Americas.

  • Shape and advance the organization’s strategic priorities
  • Responsible for the global logistics system procedures: conceptional work, implementation of new processes globally, drive global standardization, automatization, and optimization. 
  • Management of global logistics systems provider 
  • Global coordination of change request and the release planning 
  • Support improvement and investment projects as a global logistics system expert and act as an internal consultant 
  • Plan, evaluate and implement business improvement and investment projects
  • Represent Domain Logistics/Customization in the PCP (product creation process) and act as the interface between Innovation and Logistics/Customization.  
  • Ensure that operational aspects are considered in the product design and coordinate industrialization of new products in our customizing centers. 

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally within the scope of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ Years’ experience of project management in interdisciplinary teams and industrial environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred SAP knowledge
  • Experience working on large scale systems integration projects
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • SAP/EWM experience a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer focused-driven environment.

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $135,000 - $150,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
