Summary

The Manager of Warehouse Operations oversees all aspects of warehouse functions including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures operational efficiency, safety, accuracy, and team performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement. This position reports directly to the Vice President, Customizing & Logistics Americas. The Manager, Logistics bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to meet performance and safety standards.
  • Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with procurement, customizing, and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping.
  • Implement and improve warehouse layout, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage warehouse budget and control costs effectively.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager, Transportation and Trade and support any projects or initiatives related to the warehouse operations

Who You Are

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse or distribution center operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with inventory control systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and OSHA standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Forklift certification and familiarity with material handling equipment.
  • SAP and EWM System experience

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $125,000 - $135,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
