Summary
The Production Control Coordinator ensures accuracy, timeliness and proper prioritization of end to end order movement. The Production Control Coordinator reports directly to the Team Leader, Production Control.
What You'll Do
Major Duties:
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper prioritization of end-to-end order movement.
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational challenges related to order processing.
- Address customer service concerns, shipping delays, and intralogistics bottlenecks, working cross-functionally to resolve issues quickly.
- Work closely with logistics, production, planning, purchasing, business applications, IT, MTO, and Sparks location to manage unexpected disruptions.
- Act as a key SAP EWM user, providing frontline troubleshooting for warehouse and order management issues.
- Escalate system-related errors or needed adjustments to the EWM team for resolution.
- Maintain accuracy in order data, material records, and system transactions to ensure smooth processing.
- Analysis and reporting of production KPIs (DPPM, OTD) in a timely manner
- Support back-order management process, production delay notifications, and reason code management
Other Duties:
- Support routine maintenance and emergency systems issues.
- Change request and system related patch testing.
Who You Are
- Associate degree required or equivalent experience
- Operational management background preferred
- Minimum 3+ years Logistics / Automation / Manufacturing Experience
- Highly proficient computer skills including MS Office suite.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics processes, SAP EWM and warehouse technologies.
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate/communicate effectively with vendors and internal customers.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Second language is a plus
- WM systems and /or SAP experience is a plus

The base pay for this position ranges from $24 - $26 hourly with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
