Summary
The Project Manager, Production, is responsible for leading and managing complex global supply chain projects and delivering project results to meet stakeholder expectations and deadlines. This position reports directly to the Manager, Project Management Production, and bears full responsibility for agreed upon goals and objectives.
What You'll Do
- Initiate, plan, and manage complex projects or sub-projects, global and regional, within the Production Division
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks
- Lead cross-functional and global project teams to deliver results on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and tracking tools to ensure transparency and accountability
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Coordinate and align stakeholders across functions and regions, including production, logistics, engineering, procurement, planning, IT, and quality
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to stakeholders and senior management on project status, milestones, and outcomes
- Drive decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial targets are met
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment and progress
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project management standards
- Maintain project documentation, including charters, risk registers, and lessons learned
- Contribute to the development and standardization of project management methodologies and tools within the Production organization on a global level
- Collaborate with global teams and support change management activities related to project implementation
Who You Are
- BA/BS degree or equivalent (Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Business, Engineering or similar), MBA is a plus
- 3-5 years related work experience and demonstrated proficiency in leading global projects in a supply chain environment within a manufacturing or engineering setting
- Good understanding of processes along the supply chain of a manufacturing company
- Experience with project management tools and methods
- Strong leadership skills, ability to align teams and confidently communicate at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and positive attitude, team player
- High level of written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills
- Willingness to travel (~10%)

The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 - $115,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
