The Verification Engineer, Test Manager is responsible for independently executing defined test activities in accordance with established test plans, standards, and procedures. The role focuses on accurate test execution, documentation of results, and timely escalation of issues while building proficiency in test methods, systems, and quality requirements.
What You'll Do
- Sub-project management for verification (test planning, planning of the test infrastructure, test coordination)
- Designing integration and verification plans in accordance with project planning in the development of new intelligent products
- Define and adapt general verification procedures based on system requirements and use cases
- Planning and ensuring the timing, overall infrastructure, budget, and quality assurance for the verification activities
- Coordination, support, and monitoring of the tests in collaboration with the individual development departments and verification teams
- Evaluation of the results, risk assessment, and initiation of suitable measures and adjustments
- Definition of series tests based on risk assessment and statistical methods
Who You Are
- BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Strong mechanical design and testing knowledge
- Strong understanding of HVAC applications.
- Additional test management training or certification desired
- 3+ years of professional experience in testing complex interdisciplinary systems (actuators, electronics, and mechanics) is preferred
- Theoretical and practical experience in the conception of integration and verification procedures
- Excellent track record in product verification and/or project management
- Proven ability to innovate in an application-oriented manner
- Strong willingness to learn
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- German language skills an advantage

The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000 - $115,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 10% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience.
