What You'll Do

• Development and maintenance of test procedures and test cases for innovative HVAC products (sensors, actuators, controllers)
• Perform manual and automated system testing to validate function, performance, and reliability in MiL/HiL
• Analysis and statistical evaluation of measurement data to identify deviations
• Document, prioritize, and track errors in tools like JIRA, as well as support for root cause analysis
• Collaborate with development, software, and systems teams to evaluate test results and develop solutions
• Support in test automation as well as creation of accurate test reports and validation documentation

Who You Are

• You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field
• You have initial professional experience (approx. 2 years) in system or product testing, ideally in the field of HVAC or building automation
• You are familiar with measurement and data acquisition systems and ideally have experience with BACnet, Modbus, CAN or I²C
• Strong expertise in MATLAB/Simulink, including model-based development, simulation, and validation of control systems, with experience in MiL/HiL testing and structured data analysis
• Solid hands-on experience with LabVIEW for developing automated test setups, including data acquisition, instrument control, and creation of scalable and reliable test environments
• Fluent German language skills, enabling effective communication with cross-functional teams, clear documentation, and confident participation in technical discussions and stakeholder interactions
