What You'll Do
- Ensure strategic alignment and global process co-accountability for the line of business Sales (SAP-SD, TMS)
- Collaborate with team members to make final decisions on local system variations within the Group Division Logistics/Customization
- Support and implement improvement and investment projects to meet long-term business objectives
- Oversee global logistics system procedures, including conceptual development, process implementation, and driving standardization, automation, and optimization and ensure effective Business and IT collaboration
- Develop and enhance knowledge and training skills of process owners via a 'train‑the‑trainer' approach and maintain training documentation
- Analyze global process/system/application weaknesses, coordinate change requests, oversee release planning and ensure documentation of systems and processes
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Process Management or Logistics
- >2 years years of experience in managing logistics systems within an industrial environment
- Advanced SAP Know-how in SD, TMS, EWM, MM, and PP modules
- Deep understanding of global logistics systems, processes and applications including experience in global process coordination and implementation
- Project experience in interdisciplinary, international teams in an industrial environment
- Proven expertise of 2 topics within the Belimo Supply Chain Focus topics
- Proficiency in managing change requests and overseeing release planning
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, demonstrating teamwork, initiative, creativity, stakeholder influence, and a goal‑oriented mindset
