Summary

As a Senior Business Development Manager – Strategic Partnerships you are a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and growth. With a strong background in business development and a deep understanding of the building automation industry, you know how to turn opportunities into long-term value. While the role is based out of our site in Großröhrsdorf, it offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to combine on-site presence and remote work within an international environment.

What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate strategic business opportunities with leading controls companies across EMEA
• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with long-term innovation and growth goals
• Manage the full lifecycle of partnership development, including negotiations and collaboration agreement
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of partnerships based on defined KPIs

Who You Are

• You bring a strong academic background (Bachelor’s required, MBA preferred) and a lot of experience in business development or strategic partnerships within HVAC, controls, or building automation
• You combine deep industry knowledge with a solid understanding of digital technologies, IoT, and smart building solutions
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills and can build trust-based relationships across all levels, including C-level executives
• You are a proactive, solution-oriented communicator with a strategic mindset and a flair for identifying and driving new business opportunities
• You are internationally experienced, culturally agile, and willing to travel across the EMEA region
