Verification Engineer - Test Manager

Summary

For our site in  Großröhrsdorf – just 30 minutes from Dresden – we are looking for a motivated professional in the field of integration and verification. In an innovative environment, you will play a key role in developing and validating modern HVAC systems while working closely with interdisciplinary teams.

What You'll Do

• Development and responsibility of the I&V strategy as well as planning and control of all test activities
• Conception of integration and verification plans in coordination with the overall project planning
• Ensuring time, budget, infrastructure and quality of verification activities
• Resource planning, prioritization of tasks and coordination of I&V activities with internal and external partners
• Definition of test strategies and serial tests based on risk assessments and statistical methods
• Carrying out verifications, evaluating the results and reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Coordination and monitoring of tests in cooperation with development and verification teams

Who You Are

• You have an engineering degree and experience in project and test management, ideally internationally
• You think analytically, solution-oriented and make decisions based on data
• You have technical understanding of HVAC systems, hardware and firmware
• You have experience in testing strategies, verification methods and working with tools such as Jira, Python or LabVIEW
• You are familiar with the testing of complex, interdisciplinary systems
• You convince with strategic thinking, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
• You have a very good knowledge of German and English
