Join our Process, Quality, and Compliance Team within the Group Division Innovation and take on a role where you will contribute to securing Belimo’s cutting-edge HVAC solutions against evolving global regulations and cybersecurity challenges.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor new and upcoming digital regulations and contribute to translating them into practical product requirements across the lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with legal experts and internal teams to prepare for upcoming regulations and reinforce compliance strategies 

  • Apply and further develop secure development practices such as Security-by-Design, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.

  • Contribute to Belimo’s cybersecurity efforts in industrial and IoT environments through active participation in cross-functional expert groups.

  • Support Product Management and Procurement in evaluating supplier standards and addressing compliance-related questions.

Who You Are

  • You hold a degree (BSc or MSc) in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • You bring initial professional experience in product development, embedded systems, or cybersecurity

  • You understand or are eager to learn about international information security standards and best practices, ideally in a product development context.

  • You are pragmatic, proactive, and confident working across technical teams.

  • Familiarity with regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), EU Data Act, or related security regulations is a plus.
