Global Business Process Expert SD / GTS

Summary

As a Global Business Process Expert SD / GTS, you share responsibility for the global SAP Sales (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS) processes. You support global incident and change management and contribute to international projects. In this role, you design and specify business processes, define system requirements, and are responsible for testing, training, and implementation activities. You also drive the strategic development, standardization, optimization, and automation of processes while ensuring comprehensive and sustainable process and system documentation.

What You'll Do

• Ensure strategic alignment and global process co-accountability for the SAP Line of Business Sales (SAP SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS). 
• Design, specify, and continuously improve global business processes, including the definition of system requirements. 
• Support and implement improvement, investment, and rollout projects with a primarily global scope. 
• Oversee conceptual development, process implementation, testing, training, and go-live activities for relevant systems and processes. 
• Coordinate global incident, change request, and release management activities in alignment with Business, IT, and external consultants. 
• Evaluate local system variations and align final decisions with relevant stakeholders. 
• Develop and strengthen the knowledge and training capabilities of regional process owners through a train-the-trainer approach. 
• Create, maintain, and ensure complete and up-to-date documentation of processes, system functions, training materials, and work instructions. 

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Supply Chain- Management, Process Management or Logistics
• At least2 years of experience in logistics system management 
• Advanced SAP Know-how in SD, GTS, ideally also in TMS, EWM, MM, PP 
• Project experience in interdisciplinary, international teams in an industrial environment 
• Fluent in English, ideally also in German 
• Deep understanding of global logistics, sales and trade processes
•  Experience in coordinating and implementing new processes globally. 
• Proficiency in managing change requests and overseeing release planning.
