As a Production Engineer, you are responsible for our End-of-Line test systems and thus make a decisive contribution to product quality and process stability in series production. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement practical and effective solutions.

What You'll Do
- Ensure the availability, stability, and performance of our End-of-Line test systems, directly contributing to product quality.
- Industrialize and commission new test systems – from calibration and verification through to a stable handover to series production.
- Optimize existing equipment as well as testing and production processes, from planning to implementation, including process, product, and software changes.
- Systematically analyze failures and deviations, resolve them sustainably, and derive targeted improvement measures.
- Coordinate internally with the Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments.
- Actively contribute to improving the evaluation and use of test data and support knowledge transfer.
Who You Are

Technical degree from a university or technical training in electronics, mechanics, or a comparable field.

Several years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Experience in optimizing production or testing processes, ideally using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

Hands-on experience in further developing production equipment - from analyzing system behavior and defining modifications through to verification and release for series production.

Structured and independent working style, interdisciplinary mindset, and an affinity for metrology.

Knowledge of Python and SQL for statistical data analysis is an advantage.

Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, and a willingness to travel (approx. 5%).
