Solution Manager Digital Ecosystem (80-100%)

What You'll Do

• You will advise Business Owners on designing sustainable digital solutions and implementing them on digital platforms (e.g. apps, cloud, embedded systems, bus systems, etc.).
• You will develop comprehensive, cross-portfolio concepts that deliver real customer value and contribute to shaping our digital product and service strategy.
• As a recognized expert, you will support management in strategic questions concerning state-of-the-art digital systems and their modern application in the context of our company.
• You will coordinate complex, cross-platform programs and feature implementations within our SAFe framework (Technical Program Management).
• You will provide technical leadership for multiple feature teams in a matrix organization and guide implementations all the way through to industrialization.

Who You Are

• Deep expertise in at least one software domain (e.g. apps, embedded, cloud, enterprise), with strong knowledge of design and lifecycle management of digital systems
• Completed technical degree (ETH or university)
• Experience in leading product development projects – ideally including industrialization
• Strong understanding of business principles and knowledge of industry and competitive landscapes
• Solid know-how in agile project and program management (ideally with SAFe) and multi-project coordination
• Fluent German and English, and the ability to navigate complex contexts with clarity
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong self-organization, and a sense of ownership
• Empathy, enthusiasm, high resilience and a solution-oriented mindset
