As Team Leader PLM, you will play a key role in designing, evolving, and leading our PLM and variant management practices.

What You'll Do

• You will be responsible for the Product Data Management team, including its tools, processes, and data objects, and will drive the implementation of a future-proof PLM system at Belimo.

• You will lead, organize, coordinate, and develop a team of specialists with a clear vision, strategic focus, and a respectful, collaborative environment.

• You embody empowerment and support your team members individually and situationally.

• You ensure regular information flow within the team and with customers and internal stakeholders.

• In collaboration with various stakeholders, you will actively shape PLM-related processes, structures, and tools – creating strong business alignment and sustainable knowledge exchange.

• You will lead interdisciplinary and strategic PLM projects, take full responsibility for their success, and report to the Steering Committee.

• You ensure that knowledge is embedded sustainably, kept up to date, and made transparently accessible across all relevant levels.

• You stay up to date through networking, reading, and participation in industry events.

Who You Are

• A technical degree from a university, ETH, or university of applied sciences (e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering)

• Leadership experience as a team leader in an industrial environment

• Methodological knowledge and, ideally, certifications in project management, systems engineering, PLM, or related areas

• In-depth expertise in PLM and variant management as well as a strong understanding of lean principles and business fundamentals; additional certifications or continued education are a plus

• A strong communicator and empathetic leader with a hands-on mentality and coaching skills

• Highly self-organized, solution-oriented, and eager to take on new challenges

• Strong analytical, systematic, and process-driven thinking with a holistic mindset

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written)
