Teamlead HR Operations & Payroll (90-100%)

What You'll Do

• Ensure efficient and seamless processes throughout the entire employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding)
• Take overall responsibility for payroll processing for approximately 1,000 employees at our headquarters in Hinwil
• Lead and further develop a six-person team in the area of HR Administration & Payroll
• Drive the development and digitalization of HR and payroll processes
• Manage and enhance our time management and payroll systems (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors)
• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and Controlling in the context of headcount and budget planning
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits, as well as all matters relating to HR compliance and employment law standards
• Handle active interface management with internal departments (e.g., IT, Accounting, Controlling) and external partners and authorities

Who You Are

• Completed commercial training with further education in payroll or social insurance
• Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration, combined with solid leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, ideally with experience handling expats/inpats
• Excellent SAP and Excel skills, with experience using digital HR systems
• A strong leadership personality with a high service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinker with a structured approach and a passion for continuous improvement
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written
