As Teamlead Quality Management, you take on a key role in building and further developing our quality organization at the Hinwil site. You lead the team both functionally and disciplinarily, implement global quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety standards effectively at the local level, and ensure a robust integrated management system.

What You'll Do
- Build the local quality organization, including recruiting team members, and provide both functional and disciplinary leadership for the quality department, including goal setting, performance reviews, and fostering team development
- Take responsibility for implementing global quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety strategies at the site, as well as defining and monitoring the objectives of the local quality department in alignment with regional and local management
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and the effectiveness of the integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), including managing corrective actions and moderating the management review
- Ensure the updating, assessment, and communication of legal and regulatory requirements
- Organize and secure both preventive and reactive quality management, including the coordination of corrective and preventive actions
- Drive internal communication and training on quality principles to strengthen quality awareness across the organization
- Identify improvement opportunities and execute continuous improvement projects
- Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits
Who You Are
- Completed education in engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable field
- Proven professional experience in a team leadership role within quality management
- Confident application of common quality tools and methods (e.g., 8D, FMEA, MSA) with solid expertise in quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management systems
- Strong knowledge in planning and conducting internal audits (Internal Auditor ISO 19011)
- Familiarity with maturity models and experience with the SAP QM module
- Strong written and spoken German and English language skills
- A communicative personality with assertiveness and the ability to convince diverse stakeholders
- An interdisciplinary team player with a solution-oriented leadership style, analytical thinking, and a systematic approach
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% within the EU
