What You'll Do

• Lead application software development (Matlab/Simulink) in product development projects, managing time, resources, scope, and quality
• Define software work packages, estimate effort, and align resource needs with the overall project plan
• Apply and evolve the Application Software Library following standardized workflows
• Closely align with project managers and stakeholders to meet project goals
• Ensure process compliance and delivery quality with internal and external developers
• Support the breakdown of system requirements and maintain traceability to software requirements
• Develop and evaluate design options, driving trade-off decisions with focus on total cost of ownership
• Collaborate with the verification team to plan and execute software testing across integration stages

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Software Engineering
• Several years of experience in a technical lead role within embedded software development
• Expertise in model-based design with Matlab/Simulink
• Industrial product development experience, ideally in signal processing and control engineering
• Proactive, hands-on personality with a high level of ownership and customer orientation
• Team player with entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with MathWorks toolchain and HVAC domain knowledge
