We are seeking a personality with strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and a solid dose of technical enthusiasm—someone who can take our technology portfolio in the areas of Electronics/PCBA, motors, cable assemblies, and sensors to the next level. As a key interface between R&D, suppliers, and logistics, you operate globally while staying locally rooted – ensuring that innovation and supply security go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

  • You develop and steer our procurement strategy for technologies such as PCBA, motors, sensors, and cable assemblies.
  • You lead global sourcing projects and continuously develop our supplier base.
  • As a contact person for Research & Development, you identify and introduce new technologies.
  • You ensure performance, quality, and cost optimization across the entire portfolio.
  • You conduct negotiations confidently, conclude contracts, and are responsible for supplier management.
  • You ensure supply availability and quality in day-to-day operations.
  • You obtain quotations, compare them, and place orders - accurately documented in SAP.
  • Ongoing improvements in processes, logistics, quality, and data management are also an exciting part of your role.

Who You Are

  • You have a technical or commercial basic education, supplemented by a business-related or equivalent additional qualification.
  • Strong technical understanding of electronics and electromechanics is essential; additional training in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage.
  • Ideally, you have experience in box-build projects or are motivated to dive into complex technical projects.
  • With your confident manner, independence, and reliability, you take responsibility and manage both projects and suppliers effectively and in a goal-oriented way.
  • You are a team-oriented, communicative personality who thrives in an international environment and has already demonstrated strong teamwork and negotiation skills.
  • You have contractual know-how in procurement or are willing to acquire the necessary knowledge.
  • You bring experience from a comparable position, as well as solid knowledge and a deep understanding of technologies and supply chains, along with experience in international procurement and contract management.
  • You speak and write German and English fluently; additional languages are an advantage.
  • You are proficient with MS Office and SAP (MM module).
  • You are willing to travel (approx. 10%).
