Summary
As a Working Student in Reward & Analytics, you will support our team in providing and analyzing HR and ESG data. You will contribute to the preparation of people-related metrics for internal reporting as well as the company’s sustainability report. Through high-quality data management and analysis, you will help drive data-based decision-making while working closely with various stakeholders. In this role, you will take ownership of defined tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and data quality.
What You'll Do

Support the collection, preparation, and delivery of data for ESG reporting, with a focus on the Social (S) section of the sustainability report.

Coordinate, consolidate, and validate data in collaboration with internal stakeholders across HR and other business functions.

Prepare analyses and people-related metrics for the Social section of the sustainability report.

Ensure high data quality through consistency checks, plausibility reviews, and quality assurance activities.

Maintain documentation of data sources, KPI definitions, and reporting processes.

Prepare and analyze HR metrics (e.g., headcount, FTE, turnover) for People Analytics reporting.

Conduct ad hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making within HR.

Independently manage defined requests, work packages, and projects within Reward, Analytics, and ESG reporting.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Human Resources, Sustainability Management, or Finance.
- Initial practical experience in data processing, analysis, or reporting.
- Strong affinity for numbers, data, and analytical thinking.
- Interest in HR topics, People Analytics, and sustainability/ESG-related topics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage but not required.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style with a strong focus on quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with discretion in handling confidential employee data.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
