Summary

The Product Rollout Manager Asia Pacific is responsible for coordinating all rollout activities and ensuring that the product, organization, and sales channels are fully prepared for launch. Additionally, the role will conduct sales training for our sales team and selected business partners. The role also involves supporting the marketing team in developing effective sales enablement messages. Ultimately, the goal is to improve the speed and quality of our new products' entry into the market

What You'll Do

  • Collaboration with all AP related parties: Act as the liaison between Product Management, Marketing, Regional Sales, Logistics, and the Training team to prepare for the launch, ensuring all aspects are aligned and ready for the successful introduction of the new product/application
  • Setting Annual 4P Targets: Develop an annual rollout plan prior to the budget discussion to ensure all relevant parties have sufficient budgets for launching the new product/application. Additionally, establish KPI targets for each launch activity to monitor progress and the overall success of the launch.
  • Conduct Regular Calls with PM, Marketing and Sales: Provide updates on the product launch status, ensure our sales and marketing teams are informed with the latest information, and share experiences and market insights.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives and conduct sales training: Collaborate with Marketing team to develop key sales enablement tools, including the sales fighting guide. Deliver training sessions to the internal sales team and selected external business partners.
  • Metrics tracking and reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track new product introduction metrics to measure the effectiveness of initiatives and campaigns.
    Collaboration with global departments: Participate in the global marketing team to drive international product launch initiatives. Share experiences with the global team and, if necessary, engage in global key account management 

Who You Are

  • Ensure the rollout of new product/applicaiton is executed efficiently and with high quality, with all preparations conducted professionally through collaboration with all relevant parties.
  • Define the annual 4P rollout plan in alignment with global and AP business objectives.
  • Develop KPIs in collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales; regularly review regulatory considerations and take immediate action to address any issues preventing KPI achievement.
  • Create compelling sales arguments in partnership with Marketing, tailored to the needs of the local market.
  • Work closely with the Training Department to design and implement training programs for the new product/solution launch, covering both technical and sales aspects, with support from Product Management.
  • Conduct sales training sessions for internal sales teams, as well as selected external business partners and customers.
  • Support the sales team in developing the budget required for the new product launch.
  • Participate in global team meetings related to new product/solution launches, sharing experiences and best practices with other regions
