Summary

The role is responsible for processing sales orders received by LRD Malaysia, responding to stock enquiries, and supporting the Manager in coordinating timely customer deliveries to maintain high customer satisfaction. The position is expected to perform duties in line with Belimo’s Mission and Values, Employee Handbook, company policies, and all applicable workplace labour, safety, and quality regulations.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment.
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse and logisitcs teams across LRD locations, including Malaysia, Hong Kong, the USA, and Switzerland, to support timely packaging and shipment of orders.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers to resolve order-related enquries and issues.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain accurate documentation for customer orders and shipments.
  • Analyse and report sales order data to help monitor delivery performance and support on-time delivery.
  • Support forecasting and management of order book conversation to improve planning and customer fulfilmnet.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, logistics and related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales order fulfilmnet, logistics, customer service, or a related filed, preferably with a sizeable manufacturing organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communicatin skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, warehouse, and logistics partners.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines accurately.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can quickly resolve order fulfilment, delievery, and inventory-related issues.
  • Confident using SAP or other enterprise management tools to track orders, shipments, and payment-related information.
  • Able to analyse sales order and delivery performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Cusotmer-focused, professional, and able to handle enquiries and complaints with a positive, service-minded approach.
