Introduction

Do you enjoy turning data into action? As a Capacity Planner, you will analyze demand, identify trends, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for material availability check, IQC priority arrangement.
  • Release MTS/MTO production orders.
  • Production capacity planning based on available resources and overtime work arrangement.
  • Ensure on time production and delivery.
  • Material master data setting for consumables.
  • Daily Coordination with Commercial department.
  • Daily coordination with department Planning & Purchasing for material availability and on time delivery from supplier.
  • Responsible for safety stock, rounding value monitoring for plant Shanghai.
  • Monitor and execute materials of slow moving, scraping, and return.
  • Support materials control for Engineer Changing Order and Quality cases.
  • Daily / Monthly report for Customizing and Deliveries.
  • Coordinate daily import and export shipments, including booking cargo space with forwarders and arranging pickups.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management. 

Required Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, Electrics, Engineering, Logistics or equivalent
  • IT and PC skills, knowledge of SAP (Spec, modules MM + PP)
  • At least 3 years of supply chain planning/coordination experience
  • Accuracy
  • Communication skills
  • Fluent written and oral English is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team, sense of order, quality awareness, flexibility. 
  • Willingness to learn new things 
  • Deal with time constraints and deadlines; self-motivated, self-organized
