China Operation Quality Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Main Tasks:
The job holder performs the following tasks within the Quality Management department at the Belimo site in Shanghai:
Complaints & Error Management
Pushing CLCA for internal complaints & supporting external complaints
• Clarify the findings on the raw material in customizing line. And implement the measurement and provide the data for the non-conforming material. And Open Qcase to follow Qcase CLCA.
• Global Qcase affected material disposal ’s contact window in China and tracking in-transit.
• Contributing to the definition and tracking of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Pushing the short solution to meet the shipment demand
• Lead MRB (non-conformity material) regular review with WH and customizing line leader
Quality Planning & Advanced Quality Planning
• Contributing to control plan
• Share the issues from customizing line to SQE&IQC. To adjust the inspection plan.
• FAI inspection for the new product
Process and Product Quality
• Supporting the execution of process FMEAs
• Analyzing quality deviations and process variations
• Supporting series ramp-ups and product changes, monitoring process capability
Audits & Standards
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Conducting internal process and product audits
Continuous Improvement
• Analyzing quality data and driving improvement measures
• Tools’ Calibration and maintain

Required Expertise

Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering (electronic or mechanical)

Above 3years experience in quality control of production;

Cross-department coordination experience (mechanics, electronics, software)

Good English skills, both spoken and written

Method skills: 8D, 5Why, relevant standards

Knowledge and experience in the field of electrical/electronic measurement and testing technology
