Electronic Engineer

What You'll Do

• Responsible for electronic products of a defined assortment through the whole product life cycle
• Take ownership of design specification, design review, verification plan, and perform validation to ensure the performance and reliability of electronic designs, and compliance with industry standards.
• Take charge of electronic systems within assigned products, work independently and / or work with external source on schematic design, PCB layout, and prototyping.
• Lead or participate in new product development projects, managing technical deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Understand the local needs and collect of different customer groups for future products
• Identify and evaluate technical risks throughout the development process and utilize risk management tools for mitigation
• Collaboration with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes, enhance product quality & processes and ensure sustainability
• Responsible for new product openings and product changes in PLM/ERP incl. coordination of creation of new configurations
•  Lead and dispose regional product quality cases, address and resolve product quality issues at both the part and system levels, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Initialize and introduce new damper actuator/sensor products in AP markets
• Identify areas of growth opportunity and optimize processes, procedures, tools, methods and equipment to improve the overall quality and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product management, purchasing and supply chain, to drive product innovation and ensure successful delivery.

Who You Are

• B.S. Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering degree
• Professional Experience (3+ years)
• Experience in industrial electronic products design and industrialization
• Hands-on experimental testing and analysis
• Experience working in a project-oriented team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple projects or tasks
• Knowledge of HVAC applications, actuators or fluid mechanics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter and highly motivated
