Summary
What You'll Do
- Data and System Management
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee data and user permissions in local HR systems.
Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports as required. - Employee & Labor Relations
Support employee care initiatives and culture-building activities (e.g., International Women's Day, Family Day).
Collect employee feedback, assist in organizing satisfaction surveys, and contribute to driving improvement initiatives.
Assist in handling daily employee communications, inquiries, complaints, and potential conflicts to promote harmonious labor relations.
Support HR policy and procedure management, including the preparation and updating of relevant legal compliance documents.
Assist the HR Manager in policy communication, rollout, and enforcement to ensure effective implementation of company regulations. - Succession Management
Support the identification of key positions and critical talent pools within the organization.
Assist in the succession planning process, including talent review meetings and documentation of development plans for high-potential employees. - Career Planning and Growth
Assist employees and managers in understanding career development frameworks and tools.
Support the administration and guidance of individual career planning discussions and growth path initiatives. - Learning and Development
Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
Help track training participation, evaluate program effectiveness, and manage related logistics and vendor communication.
Support the promotion of a continuous learning culture within the company. - HR Project Support
Participate in and provide support for various HR projects, such as Employer Branding, employee engagement programs, and HR process improvements. - Additional Responsibilities
Perform other ad-hoc assignments and duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related fields;
- At least over 3 years HR working experience in multi-national company.
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- Familiar with Excel
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR information systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Self-discipline with high level of integrity
- Strong communication and coordination skills, responsible, with good service awareness and teamwork spirit.
- Be able to prioritize the multi-task with properly time management
