What You'll Do

1. Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation approaches – bridging product owners and external developers.
2. Ensure development teams consistently meet sprint commitments – through technical guidance, implementation support, and removing technical blockers.
3. Define and enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines, and automated quality gates – to maintain long‑term maintainability and control technical debt.
4. Serve as the primary technical liaison for external partners – monitoring delivery performance, managing technical risks, and ensuring alignment with technical expectations and quality standards.
5. Own the end‑to‑end release pipeline – coordinating builds, integration, testing, deployment, and rollback, with full release documentation.
6. Lead production incident response and root‑cause analysis – establishing robust monitoring, alerting, and observability to minimize downtime and improve recovery time.
7. Drive continuous improvement of agile processes in line with the best global practices.
8. Identify bottlenecks and drive automation to enhance productivity across internal and external teams.

Who You Are

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and operating cloud and mobile solutions, with 2+ years in a technical lead role.
3. Understanding of cloud architecture principles, including microservices, serverless, and container-based platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
4. Experience with major cloud providers (e.g., Aliyun, Tencent Cloud) and cloud-native development practices.
5. Experience designing and operating REST APIs and event-driven architectures, as well as integrating mobile applications with cloud services.
6. Understanding of architecture principles for scalable mobile platforms.
7. Understanding communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, NFC, Thread) and secure data exchange.
8. Competence in automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
9. Experience with secure development practices and cloud security standards, and IoT security/privacy concerns.
10. Fluent in English (written and spoken), excellent communication and collaboration skills, and Agile/Scrum experience.
