Product Compliance Expert AP

Summary

What You'll Do

• Support the Regional Compliance Responsible AP in various product and operational compliance related tasks.
• Coordination of product and operational compliance activities in AP and ensure communication and alignment with internal experts (Group, Region, Local).
• Collect appearance of new regional/ local product and operational compliance topics in AP and report them (ticketing system / radar process) .
• Monitor and analyze new and change of existing market relevant compliance requirements and regional/ local product compliance regulations/ standards and draw necessary conclusions. 
• Contribute to and coordinate impact assessment and ensure proper documentation and implementation. 
• Coordinate implementation of existing and new compliance topics in AP.
• Support the definition and assurance of the regional product and operational compliance framework with processes, tools, and reporting. 
• Support for compliance-related customer inquiries and assist with compliance cases. 
• Support to develop and deliver information and trainings in AP. 
• Other tasks assigned by line manager. 

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or above. in engineering, material or natural sciences, chemical knowledge would be an asset.
• Educational and professional experience in the field quality/healthy, safety and environment management / Engineering.
• Above 3 years' experience on REACH, RoHS, legal, product &production compliance management in HVAC would be an asset.
• Methodological and technical knowledge as well as practical experience in product compliance and regulatory environment 
• Experience working in interdisciplinary and project-oriented cross-functional teams. 
• Strong affinity with IT systems (such as MS Office, SharePoint, ERP etc.) and data management tools 
• Language:  Fluent spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Knowledge for documentation management software 
• Well organized and capable to work in a well-structured way; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Persuasive, and motivating personality with good assertiveness and high decision-making ability 
• Ability to work in a team and service-oriented thinking and acting, independent, and reliable working style. 
• Pursue passion and integrity. 
• Strong cross-functional communication skills in English and Chinese
• Ability to be self-disciplined, proactive, and work in a cross-departmental and global team environment.
