Retrofit Business Development Manager

Summary

What You'll Do

• Build tools/solutions needed for the business with all available resources in the China
• In-depth exchange of requirements and opinions with hubs and internal departments (sales, BD, RAC, etc.)
• Understand the pain points and deficiencies of existing retrofit projects (sales, TS, RAC, etc.)
• Increase the number and quality of return visits from existing customers and accumulate the potential customer pool for retrofit and renewal (TS)
• Visit typical customers to further understand their needs and pain points (Sales)
• Understand the policies and subsidies related to energy saving retrofit and train other functional departments within the company
• Create effective work plan
• Seek breakthroughs in 1~2 specific customers to form a demonstration
• Develop retrofit business in selected vertical market(hotel, hospital, metro, factory, etc.)
• Nationwide promotion and replication of successful experience

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical/Engineering/HVAC is preferred
• Min. 8 years working experience in HVAC related industry
• Experience in auto control is preferred
• Experience in business development or sales operation
• Familiarity with energy efficiency retrofit process and business model is preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC and application of automatic control technology
• Understanding the Retrofit Business Model
• Good technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Possess organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Energetic, conscientious, and responsible
• Market-oriented thinking
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Loyal and integrity
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other office; and CAD software, etc.
• Good team spirit
