Specialist Logistics Systems AP

What You'll Do

• Coordinate with logistics systems providers.
• Second level support for internal questions regarding all logistics systems (EWM, ASRS etc.) for AP all 5 locations.
• Manage warehouse master data, including automated inventory shuffling and rebalancing, to ensure optimal storage of materials.
• Continuous development, improvement and optimization of interfaces, systems and process-es.
• Coordination and maintenance of all logistics systems in AP 5 locations.
• Development and maintenance of system statistics and reporting.
• Train and develop staff in accordance to our current and future system requirements
• Plan and monitor the cost budgets and investment budgets in collaboration with the supervisor.

Who You Are

• BS degree or above in Logistics, Engineering, Operations or equivalent
• ERP and WMS background preferred
• 5 years Logistics / Automated systems experience
• Experience operating barcode technology
• Project Management / System integration experience
• Utilization of SAP or other major ERP system
• Background in a Manufacturing environment a plus
• Fluent English and able to communicate both verbally and writing to all levels of management.
• Effective decision making skills
• Ability to deal with time constraints and deadlines; manage multiple priorities; self-actuated; high sense of urgency
• Detail oriented
