Senior Specialist Finance General

Summary

Actively manages all the statutory accounts functions & reporting. Responsible for managing basic accounts function efficiently and effectively and support objectives in all regions. Candidate will actively coordinate feasible sales and marketing plans and supports the implementation of these. Support Finance Manager in delivering the goals and objectives set by Head Office and APAC.

What You'll Do

• Managing basic accounts functions for Statutory & Internal Audits, Balance sheet finalization. 
• Month-end, Quarter end and year end closing
• Managing statutory functions & ensuring compliance of corporation tax, Transfer
• Pricing, TCS, GST & other Government taxes & duties along with Tax audit and finalizations
• Responsible for accounts closing on monthly basis. & ensuring adherence to reporting deadlines
• Closing activities related to account receivables and fixed asset.
• Maintaining ledger, petty imprest account, Generation of Invoices, bank liasioning, reconciliation of accounts
• Support and participation in Budget preparations
• Implementing standard operating procedures
• Involvement in all matters related to Accounting, Legal, and ROC
• Involvement in P&L reviews and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholder during the forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Influence and drive cost saving initiatives. 
• Implement and Responsible- Credit Control- Receivable management policy.
• Sending and monitoring Collection plan for sales team.
• Report and documentation to customer.
• Handling and Responsible Custom MIRO
• Maintain robust financial models.
• Support ongoing ad hoc projects as the business evolves. 

Who You Are

4-5 years’ Finance function exposure   

Financial Reporting and analysis  

Bachelors of Commerce 

Good Accounting knowledge   

SAP and MS Office 

Power BI Skills 

Commercial Awareness
