Regional Application Consultant, Singapore

Summary

The job scope of a Regional Application Consultant is responsible work closely with Key Stakeholders (consultants, System Integrator, OEM, end users etc.) to promote the Belimo portfolio. Thanks to his in-depth product and application know how, he advices the stakeholders for the best technical solutions during the entire sales process, from early project design stage until after sales support during T&C and operations.

In the assigned territory, Singapore, coordinates with the Sales Director on strategies to grow the business based, expand the relationship network on qualitative and quantitative objectives in the HVAC Contracting and OEM Business. 

The candidate is the primary contact between Belimo and our customers regarding advanced technical questions and application support (Full range of Products).  In addition, this position will work closely with the sales team for pre-sales and post-sales support. The candidate is also responsible for external customer support, post installation, while maintaining interaction and communications with various, internal Belimo departments. 

What You'll Do

• Provide applications excellence to drive and support all of the company's products.
• Work closely with the Country Director and Channel Partner Manager to trouble shoot product issues at customer sites and help rectify the situation for the customers. 
• To be proficient in carrying out Product Demonstration in the Experience Centre.
• Support sales strategy to maintain and grow our existing repeat business through service, relationship, product knowledge, and application knowledge. 
• Support sales efforts by cultivating strong relationships with end users and consulting engineering customers providing product training, information and recommendations issues.
• To be proficient in Hydronic Software, develop strategies and carry out hydronic design/studies to show customer benefits of using Belimo Products. 
• To prepare ourselves and the markets (Partners, Customers, Products and Applications) for Renewal.
• Represent Belimo in relevant Associations / association events 

Who You Are

• University degree in Building Services, Mechanical / Electrical or related profession
• Diploma holder candidates with extensive experience and shows exemplary knowledge, passion and interest in HVAC and Hydronic Engineering shall be considered.
• BCA Greenmark or SCEM Certificates will be a plus
• 8 years of working experience or above in HVAC industry or related.
• Candidate with less experience may consider as Senior Technical Specialist
